'Cactroma, the Cactuar Summoner' - FFBE Design Contest 2019 Entry 3

My third entry, for the Debuffer character role on the FFBE Unit Design Contest. Going off the idea of a summoner that’s a summon itself, Cactroma is a bit simple in design (only so much you can do with a cactuar), but hopefully it’s distinct enough to be unique.
